Our second Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. on St. Thomas in the Conference Room at Bolongo Bay Hotel. 

Each year approximately one third of our Trustees’ terms expire.  This year three terms will expire, and one has resigned.  The following nominees have been recommended by our Nominating Committee and have been approved by the Board of Trustees as required by our By Laws.  Each will have a three year term.

According to our By Laws, additional nominations for election may be received from the floor of the meeting as long as the Member’s nomination for election is made in writing by 10 or more current members.  In the event there are more nominations for elections than available positions on the Board of Trustees, election of Trustees shall be by cumulative voting.  Please note that no Member shall be eligible for nomination to the Board of Trustees unless such Member shall have consented, in writing, to such nomination.  Only Members whose dues are current may nominate or vote.

You can vote in one of three ways:

·         Print, complete and mail the ballot/proxy from the link below to:  Crime Stoppers USVI, P.O. Box 176, Christiansted VI  00821.
    - or-

·         Use the ballot/proxy to designate a member in good standing to vote on your behalf (proxy).
    - or -

·         Attend the meeting in person

If you plan to attend the meeting, please notify us by June 15, 2012 so we can make sure there is adequate space available.  If you cannot attend the meeting in person, please mail or e-mail your signed ballot or proxy by June 15, 2012.
